In this post I am going to suggest some sample supplementation programs that are designed to be integrated into your anti-aging lifestyle. Starting with a basic program that can easily be adhered to, all the way up to advanced programs requiring serious commitment.
These are very similar to the various programs that I design for my clients, and although each program may require a degree of adjustment based on an individual’s requirements and health status, they are for the most part, reliable guidelines. Each of my suggested programs takes the guesswork out of your supplementation regimen, and provides logical steps for progression as your commitment and experience advances.
The benefits that you can expect to reap from any of these programs should not be underestimated. They are quite simply transformational, and if you are prepared to invest both the time and financial commitment that is required in order to adhere to them, then I am quite sure you will be astonished at just how much your health and well-being will benefit.
All the sample programs in this section are aimed at persons of 40 years of age and older.
For those men who are experiencing low testosterone symptoms and have completed the necessary blood testing, it is recommended to begin testosterone replacement therapy at the earliest opportunity. For those women who have reached menopause, combined progesterone/estrogen replacement therapy is highly recommended.

Starter Anti-Aging Supplementation Programs
This is my most basic supplementation program, and the very first rung of the ladder on your way to maximum health & longevity. It is super easy to implement, and in combination with a nutritious diet, will be very effective at maintaining good health. When ready, simply progress to the intermediate program.
